What you'll do at Pattern:
As a UX Designer at Pattern, you’ll succeed because you love figuring out how all of the pieces work together - from strategy and research to content maps, wireframes and prototypes. You’ll balance big-picture thinking with detailed UX design execution for startups and emerging brands launching modern eCommerce platforms and digital products. You’re excited about blending best practices with new approaches to create best-in-class experiences, and you aren’t afraid of pushing the boundaries to get there.
What you bring to the table:
You’re a big thinker who can take-high level strategic direction and work with your team to craft user experiences that solve real problems for brands and their customers. You take pride in your knowledge and passion for modern UX, technology, cultural trends and user needs. You’re self-motivated and know that strong UX thinking makes great concepts even better. You’re comfortable working in small, nimble teams where everyone is hands on and are able to articulate the value of your UX thinking to your team and clients. You bring attention to detail and impeccable execution across architecture, structure, layout and interaction. You know how to use research, best-practices and inspiration as a jump-off point to crafting engaging, richly interactive experiences for eCommerce platforms and mobile-first consumers.
A collaborative mindset & drive
Experience designing new user experiences and iterating on existing ones
Familiarity with user research and insights gathering
The ability to multitask
Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Confidence to present your work to internal & client stakeholders
Experience with eCommerce & digital products
