MID-SR LEVEL GRAPHIC DESIGNER / CREATIVE
Looking for an energetic, self-starting senior-level designer/creative thinker to join our Studio team on a permalance-perm basis, to work on a range of projects from creative inception, through pitch phase, into design development and production. Must be creatively nimble, highly collaborative and willing to work with interdisciplinary teams — working seamlessly with Creative Directors, Design Director, Creative Technologists, as well as interfacing with clients and producers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

— Self-motivated, hands-on, highly creative with a great eye for visual composition
— Willing to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a healthy work ethic / design process
— Involved in projects from initial Concepting to Design Development and Execution, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
— Actively interested in Site-Specific/Experiential Design, Creative/Concept-Driven Design, Interactive and Responsive Design, Motion Graphics, Branding and Brand Communications
— Passionate about formal design quality, mechanical design details, and attention to typography
— Able to develop and organize concepts/design directions and present back to the team internally
— Comfortable taking direction from and collaborating with team members across a variety of disciplines
— Highly organized and comfortable with rapid iterations, presentations, and deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:
— Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (PSD, AI, etc)
— Confident in pre-visualization / photo-compositing
— Highly Confident user of Apple Keynote
— At least a basic level of competence/understanding of Motion Graphics/AE
— At least a basic level of understanding of 3D Design
— The ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience in a design studio
