Instrument is looking for a Senior Strategist, User Experience in Remote.


You are an experienced senior strategist that enjoys leveraging well-informed brand and consumer insights to produce beautiful, yet functional digital products, services and engagement platforms. You understand the nuances and complexities of how a brand shows up across the digital landscape and can communicate that brand’s purpose in a way that’s authentic, inspiring and innovative. From driving loyalty and retention to launching new products and services, you understand how to leverage digital technologies to connect brands with their customers. You’re an excellent communicator and influencer that thrives in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative and multi-disciplinary team. You know your client’s business as well as, or better than they do - and know how to maintain vibrant and compelling client relationships that contribute to the bottom line.

What You’ll Do
Lead the strategy workstream on 1-2 brand and digital client projects within an integrated, multidisciplinary client team
Partner with the account leadership team to build and deeper trusted relationships with clients
Be comfortable partnering with clients on both short-term engagements and in long-term retainer models.
Support (and sometimes lead) the research into industry trends, competitive information, along with consumer insights to create and present concepts and recommendations in a compelling and impactful way to internal teams and senior level clients
Experience navigating the balance of customer needs, client objectives and the requirements of the team throughout a project
Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful and intuitive insights that drive creative concepts
Create journey maps, user flows, page IA, and wireframes
Be able to work collaboratively with your team, but also operate autonomously and provide value throughout the entire project cycle
Partner with the Strategy Director on your team to support and contribute to the broader strategic direction across the team
