Alloy Women's Health seeks a talented creative to join support our start-up women's healthcare company. We believe women over 40 deserve radically honest, science-based solutions to feel like their best selves.

About you - We are looking for someone that is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite to work closely with the Founder to bring the brand to life across all visual mediums.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand’s visual identity initiatives across all touchpoints, internal and external
- Design digital creative assets across entire brand ecosystem (campaigns, title treatments, packaging, e-mails, blog content etc.)
- Concept advertising campaigns, videos, mood boards for shoots
- Source and onboard new creative collaborators from photographers to illustrators
- Light retouching of selects and managing the curation our asset library
- Working directly with vendors to cost and produce one off projects from merch to experiential graphics
- Develop templates and design systems for newsletters and social
- Lead Creative Interns in projects and development
- Occasionally, taking photos in studio or on location for use on social media or in other marketing materials

Requirements:
- 3-6 years in graphic design, art director, or content creator role (preferably at least
a year in house at a brand)
- Cross functional packaging design systems
- Exceptional handle of typography and visual hierarchy
- Experience with a wide range of creative applications and file formats (image, GIF, video, web)
- Must have on set professional (not student) shoot experience
