We are, seeking collaborative, committed, passionate, and inspiring Senior Designers, as we grow our team at And Partners. We are a collaborative studio environment where each and every member of our design team has a voice in the creative process, and an opportunity to bring their vision and POV to the work being made for our clients.

In the role of Senior Designer, you will be responsible for initiation, conceptualization, development, refinement and documentation of design solutions for a variety of projects as well as helping in other areas as requested. In conjunction with other team leaders, you will establish the visual design direction for your projects from concept through delivery.

Experience working in real estate, hospitality, fashion, editorial, and luxury consumer brands is preferred.
