The new Huggies.com experience bridges the “Just For You, Mom” strategy – emphasizing that Huggies is “always on” for parents – with the emotional “hug” brand story. The site presents Moms with personalization options within four defined targeting groups to help guide her through every step of her diaper journey: Expecting Mom, New Baby, Moving & Exploring, and Toddler in Transition. Once Mom is targeted within a particular journey phase the site personalizes her experience, offering relevant content and product recommendations, as her diaper needs change and evolve. This redesign lead to large-scale library shoot to help capture the breadth of lifestyle moments Moms experience throughout the early stages of parenthood.
