Dimensions Vary Located within the 4 story stairwell at the El Paso's City Development Headquarters. "MaStair Plan" is inspired by urban planning, cartographie, topography, and all the levels of hand exchanges that happen within the cities development depts. Designed with an urban aesthetic & a color palette inspired by the surrounding nature; MaStairs Plan juxtaposes abstract expression with geometry, nature, symbols & elements that resonate with the culture of the new Texas Building. 2014.
