Starbucks Barista Basics Training

Starbucks came to us to create and deliver employee training for their entire workforce. The lion’s share of the project was done when I jumped in at Mindspace, but I was able to get in toward the end and build some templates, along with cleaning up the experience on touch devices and assisting with translation. This training is used today throughout North America for all their new baristas.
