Vagrants & Murderesses

Vagrants & Murderesses is designed as a mix of online-exhibition and searchable database intended to display upwards of 7,000 historical female criminal records. Built for use by the general public and within exhibition spaces, Vagrants & Murderesses required simple and intuitive design with emphasis on user engagement and exploration. In addition to full-stack development, my work consisted of designing a user experience conducive with a sense of story, in a manner that encourages user interaction.
