I worked on a complete redesign of the Tylenol® site, the task was to create a one-of-a-kind digital experience that in the short term helps convert lapsed consumers to Tylenol® from private label and brand name competitors and in the long term encourages loyalty among Tylenol® consumers.
Tylenol® connects with consumers as a thoughtful, compassionate expert that engages them in a way that is welcoming, attentive, confident yet humble, and uplifting. During this project I led the Art direction, design, UI initiative and direction while contributing to UX decisions and working iteratively with the development team on implementation.
