Boston Scientific "CRM" iOS App
To provide their sales team with a more dynamic and engaging tool for discussing with physicians a new line of cardiac devices, Boston Scientific contracted Olson to develop a custom iPad app. To replace existing, printed sales materials, the app needed to include categorized of text and images, and - to play on the strengths of the device - also included videos, interactive "3D renders" and a library of PDF documents that could be emailed from the device to a physician.
Due to the large scope of this project, my role was to lead a team of developers all working in Xcode, meet with stakeholders to determine needs and goals, author code, and manage internal reviews. Due to the nature of the project, it was distributed by an in-house delivery mechanism for iOS apps instead of via the Apple App Store.
