Johnny Walker "Striding Man"

I was the ECD of BBH at the time, and Johnny Walker was looking to bring newfound energy and relevance to the brand idea of personal progress. A young team had been working on some bar coasters and had used a simple yellow line and the iconic "Striding Man" image to express the idea in clean, graphic terms. I loved the simplicity. I said, "Let's make that the whole campaign." Here are three early examples.
