I leveraged the existing colours from their palette, but simplified the colours to keep the brand more decisive and finance-leaning.
After exploring various directions of the homepage, a more experimental direction was chosen where the “V” from Vanquis is used as a design element. This “V” would also be translated into triangles and create more dynamic and energeticlayouts in the website and the new updated Vanquis Bank brand.
Flat colour with a slight gradient and a clean geometric layout, and a new headline typeface was introduced to satisfy Vanquis desires to become a more modern brand and attract users who appreciate that direction.
