Almond - Album Artwork

As a side project, the digital production and design studio, Almond, create themed mixtapes for friends. I was asked to create two album artworks for each of these tapes; one for day and another for night.

The concept evolved from an animated gif I created for myself, which had an organic flow and movement. Both covers were created to mirror the other, in both composition and texture.
