Defensie zoekt M/Vrouw

The Dutch Armed Forces are looking to recruite more women. But most women won't consider a military career, mainly because of assumptions based on opinions of both these women... and men. We used these prefixed ideas about women already working in the military by letting them read these conservative ideas outload in the way you would recognise from 'Celebrities reading mean Tweets'. Even the Dutch minister of Defence (who happens to be a woman) got in on the action. Both men and women came to readjust their ideas about working at the Armed Forces. I developed the concept and supervised the execution.
