Tilting reality: Google Tilt

In this lead news feature for Imagine FX magazine, I was tasked with analysing what Google’s new virtual reality Tilt Brush meant for the digital art industry. First, I researched Tilt and rival tools. I then interviewed a selection of pioneering artists and art directors working at the forefront of VR, spokespeople for Google and also Drew Skillman, one of the tool’s co-creators, to find out the pros, cons and future possibilities of Tilt Brush. (Spoiler: I loved it.)
