This was an animation used by Mitchell & Ness to highlight their newest line of basketball jerseys, "The Swingman." I was given art direction and storyboards and was tasked in bringing the project to life. That included modeling and surfacing a photorealistic jersey in Cinema 4D, one that could share the frame with a photograph and be convincing. I built the jersey in Cinema 4D and brought it into Mudbox for the folds and creases. Sub-poly displacement maps gave the jersey the added realism it needed for the close camera work. I also choreographed the camera move, built all the additional models, set up the scene in after effects, added particles and color grading to get a final product that the agency and the client were both thrilled by,
