I was the lead UX designer on this project. Our challenge for this project was to develop and launch a digital destination for the Star Wars partnership that would drive excitement and sustain engagement for the life of the program. The key KPIs were Engagement (video views, voting, shares, #BeautyForce usage/mentions), Audience Growth (increase fans/followers on our key channels including Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and Tumblr), and Interaction with Product Details (click through rate, time spent on page, add to shopping cart).
