Charity Joy Movement

I was hired by Charity Joy Robinson, to create a custom brand identity, fully responsive website, and develop marketing strategies to promote her business “Charity Joy Movement”.   I started the process by conducting a thorough audit of all the services she offered. We worked together in identifying 8 unique programs and services: Yoga, Fitness, Dance, Massage, The Bars, Reiki, Yoga on Horse, and Paddle-board Yoga In addition, we discussed some key content and features that Charity would like on her website. Which included a homepage introducing Charity and her services, a calendar page to book classes, a gallery page to share photography, and an about page to tell Charity Joy’s story.  Charity also wanted the ability to easily edit, update, and change content on her site. I recommend Squarespace as the platform to manage her site, which is my CMS of choice for small businesses. I started the process by designing a logo, and unique iconography for each of Charity’s services. These icons were key in defining the aesthetic and brand identity. Once we had defined the icons by applying typography and color, I began the process of designing the homepage. I then leveraged the anatomy of the homepage’s visual design for all the additional webpages. The final product was a unique brand identity, responsive website, and a marketing strategy utilizing instagram, mail chimp newsletters, and other more traditional forms print marketing. I continue to be Charity Joy Robinson's webmaster, and designer, most recently creating logos/labels for her latest brand of kombucha beverages “Kombat-cha”.
