Virgin Holidays' search journey
I was part of a two-person team whose remit was to overhaul the search experience—from input to search results—for Virgin Holidays, the UK's number one grossing holiday provider. Using hypothesis lead and research-driven methodologies (including countless workshops, stakeholder meetings, quant and qual prototype testing, multivariant testing) and an Agile approach to both UX and UI designs, we successfully created a progressive user search experience. Implementation is currently in progress.
