T-Mobile Call Center Employee Magazine

Hired to conceptualize and produce a complete prototype of an employee professional development and lifestyle focused magazine for T-Mobile's 23,000+ call center staff members. This project required extensive interviews and collaboration across HR and internal communications departments, as well as call center employees, to develop content, graphics and publishing specifications.
