Alamo Rent-a-Car was getting lost in the travel brand mix on social media so we created a campaign using family-friendly humor and storytelling help them stand out. Introducing Leilani & Dash: Two dashboard figurines that inspire travel while connecting with our target in a more memorable and engaging way.
The campaign consisted of two videos and a dedicated Pinterest board full of animated gifs. Overall it garnered over 6 million impressions and more than 3 million video views on Facebook but more importantly, it marked a huge step in the right direction for our client.
My partner and I created the concept and I was personally responsible for the overall design and art direction. I also learned After Effects so that I was able to personally execute all the gifs for the Pinterest board.
