March Jacobs Site Design
Marc Jacobs came to SapientNitro to turn its official dot-com into an elevated flagship, distinctly branded eCommerce experience. Over the course of three months, we reimagined the Home page, redesigned the main navigation and taxonomy, streamlined the checkout process, surfaced meaningful content from the World of Marc Jacobs blog, and redesigned the Category Landing, Product Listing and Product Detail pages.
Less than a month into the launch, we have seen double-digit increases in transactions and revenue year-over-year. Average order value has also increased thanks to better merchandising opportunities.
