Chinese New Year Celebration Poster

Using a traditional Chinese cut paper graphic, I created this digital graphic. Using a traditional red and bold golden color, the layers of color are reminiscent of the cut paper technique. Abiding by OSU branding guidelines, the background is a subtly beige which allows the Oregon State University logo tag to pop.
