Volkswagen: Great for the Price of Good

German engineering and comedy, they go together like, well, they don't go together at all. It was an unexpected way to communicate the precision, performance and craftmanship of the newly redesigned Jetta, to set up the reveal of its surprisingly low price--two more things that don't seem to go together. The campaign was highly successful helping VW compete on price, for the first time, against Toyota and Honda.
