Ocean Carolina "If It Burns Out Bright"

Michael Simone of Ocean Carolina has this silky-smooth voice that you can't help but love. I love the band's approach to country music, and was flattered when the band's record label Old Hand Records asked me to shoot a music video along with some BTS photography of their album recording process.

We went to Prospect Park on a chilly day and chose a couple of spots to shoot in. I had scouted some locations prior, and Michael had some locations in mind too. The concept came together very collaboratively, with Michael reaching out to some VFX folks he knew to add the finishing touches.
