Hobak Pyeonsu
Korean food blog bburi kitchen focuses on traditional seasonal ingredients and recipes. They wanted to create a recipe video for Hobak Pyeonsu (summer squash dumplings) that was engaging, fun, and educational. Shooting food is something I've enjoyed more and more. The beauty of the ingredients and the skill of the chef - it's no surprise that shows like Chef's Table are popular.
I had a hand in every aspect of the creation of the video - script writing and pre-production, direction, DP, editing, and final delivery.
