People Plus

The purpose of this project is to empower and inspire young people with the knowledge they need to inform a decision to start their own business.

My role was to come up with the right experience design that would entice people to come over and over again and complete various games. For that, I decided to use a bit of gamification theory—where for each complete task, a person is rewarded with a badge and points added to his profile. To make it even more competitive, I created a leaderboard where all participants are listed in one page.

All this should create a guided journey and engage the millennials where they would feel enlightened and empowered to potentially start their own business.

I designed the web app and the landing page, the native app for both iPhone and Android, as well as a super-admin panel where the games can be created. I also custom designed the badges.
