CVS: Last Pack
To reposition themselves as a healthcare company, CVS took cigarettes out of their stores. Then they decided to take it a step further to help people take cigarettes out of their lives.
CVS replaced cigarette packs in all 7,800 of their stores with the Last Pack, a pack that looks and feels like a cigarette pack, but is actually a quit kit to help people quit smoking.
