Millennials are the new hot market segment, but what do we really know about them? How do we communicate with them? To find out, 88 Brand Partners teamed with their sister research firm, QNA to research the relationship between millennials and service brands. The findings were presented in an immersive presentation format, with colorful graphics and videos to emphasize the humanity behind the research.
