International Paper How Design Conference

In an increasingly digital world, what role does paper have to play? Well, for one, paper is the starting point for lots and lots and lots of ideas. Our challenge was to dramatically re-establish International Paper's relevance at their booth at the How Design Conference.

We found a super cool robot that makes art in order to express our theme of paper as a material origin of creativity. Senseless Drawing Bot, which uses random motions to create graffiti, was the centerpiece of the International Paper booth.

Attendees were given the chance to win unique pieces of the robot-made graffiti by posting Instagram pics with the hashtag #IPbooth. This turned out to be extremely popular.

My role included concepting and copywriting. I did not get to take home a piece of the art.
