Making kids cry for Microsoft's UltimateTV.
To date, still my favorite campaign. We had the rare chance to help Microsoft launch the second generation of DVR technology. We focused on the key emotional benefit: being able to handle life's demands without missing the TV we love. Their unit would've crushed early makers like Tivo... if they could've worked the bugs out. They never did. And this made us cry.
