After years of arduous prodding and cajoling to get all of their employees to complete the yearly mandatory privacy and security training, often taking up to 12 months for 100% completion, Facebook's legal department came to us asking if we could create a training program that would make it a more enjoyable and engaging experience.
I designed the framework for an interactive video training program using a cutting-edge technology that allows user interaction with the video. I then leveraged their brand assets and art murals from their offices around the globe to create interest and engagement. After many all-nighters, my team brought it to life within an incredibly tight timeline.
The result? Near 100% employee training completion in just 2 months.
