Citizens Bank, Brand Campaign

A regional bank in the Northeast, Citizens Bank wanted to change the way people thought about a bank. They wanted to be considered a resource, not a chore. So I pitched to them the idea that their bank could be a place people go to ask questions, because the people who work there have asked the same questions. And they bought it.
