Airbnb "Great Time To Host"

Airbnb has had a remarkable streak of growth as they continue to reinvent the meaning of travel in the sharing economy. A big part of that growth is based on more and more people signing up as hosts.

The goal of the "Great Time To Host" initiative - part outreach campaign, part growth hacking, part product design - was to strategically target potential hosts across a subset of major urban markets, serve them personalized content that clearly spelled out the benefits of becoming a host, and then guide them through the process of finishing their application and building out their Airbnb listing.

We worked hand in hand with the Airbnb product owners, content team, host relations team and UX/UI design team to craft multiple facets of the overall initiative from landing pages and targeted emails to product design and content.
