Working on the IBM digital account was a behemoth task since there are over 10,000 pages on the ibm.com site. I worked with my team to redesign and simplify many of the products and services pages for IBM's various offerings, including Cloud, IoT (Internet of Things), Mobile, Industry Solutions, and Watson Health. As one of the writers on the account, it was also my responsibility to simplify the complex by utilizing user data and analytics to help improve the overall user experience while still incorporating all key info while still making the content engaging.
Other media also included social campaigns (including a campaign highlighting the OEM merger which sent ripples through the tech industry), and online video where we wrote and produced illustrated videos for their How it Works series.
