A brand is a promise. It lays down the foundation of expectation. Back in 2014, what our brand was promising was very different from what we were actually delivering. Our product is smart, easy to use and incredibly simple but our brand promise was clunky and outdated. One of my first tasks at HelloSign was to align our brand with our already brilliant product. And with that in mind, we got to work.
I was the first and only designer at the company and one of my first initiatives was to build out a brand and strategy and language for the company.
