How can we deliver actionable messages about sustainability to the younger generation?
Mips is an innocent character that easily takes us through the journey of our current society’s over consumption behavior through storytelling and simple messaging. The name Mips was inspired by the Wuppertal Institute's MIPS – Material Input per Service unit – which is a model to measure the invisible burden beyond product use. The truth sometimes is as simple as sharing or giving back when you take away.
I authored and art directed Mips, the rabbit with illustrations by Salene Jang and photography by Marie Nguyen.
