The client is Direct Asia Insurance, a large motor insurance provider based in Singapore. DirectAsia wanted to rework their existing online quoting flow into a responsive template, and also to simplify data input where possible. They requested an Axure prototype as a deliverable, which they used to showcase the redesign to the Executive Steering Committee as well as demonstrate display and functionality to their in-house development team. I designed a fully interactive and responsive prototype with Axure. I conducted competitive research to suggest smarter and simpler ways for customers to input their personal data as well as understand and select various coverage options. The redesigned site went live in 1Q 2015 and resulted in increased conversions from tablet and mobile.
