The client is the Innovation Lab of a human resources management software and service provider. The goals of this project was to build a "concept library" that staff at the Innovation Lab could reference, test, and deploy as needed. Extensive user research and testing was conducted to discover the needs of the target audience. Combined with empirical research, gamifying the HR space emerged as a strong trend. I worked with in-house designers and HR subject matter experts to design a few methods for applying gamification concepts to this space. In particular, I designed a team building tool that could assist a line manager with building a strong team based on the attributes of available staff. I also designed the process by which staff would input and acquire attributes that would display on the manager's end. All of the concepts are pending release.
