Banking Website Redesign

The client is the consumer division of a financial services multinational, one of the "Big 4" in the US. Along with updating the visual look and feel, they wished to modernize their global web presence by: redesigning the global information architecture to be customer—as opposed to business-focused; designing a natural search powered by digital virtual assistance; and moving to a responsive template with patterns that could be deployed internationally as well as in North America. A form of Agile project management was used to divide the project into Concepting, Design, and Development phases; as the online brand was well-developed and documented, high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes were used to communicate design decisions. All designs were Mobile First. The redesigned homepage is live, while the remainder of the site is pending release.
