The Cider Farm - Apple Brandy
The Cider Farm is a labor of love for John Biondi and Deirdre Birmingham. The apples are specifically bred for cider. Their brandy is distilled the same way it was made in southern France hundreds of years ago. We designed the packaging and website with that story in mind. The labels were printed letterpress and applied to each bottle by hand. Each bottle is numbered and signed.
