Moinian prebuilt Finishes

Moinian’s commercial building has three levels of finishes: Executive, Premier and Standard. This booklet is a manual that showcases these three levels of packages. We came up with the concept of “white-boxed” that showing the empty space of Moinian’s commercial buildings. I also created several icons that represented those materials as the design elements to create a modern and TAMI friendly looking layout. Those icons not only create a “techy” impression for the overall booklet, but also provide a visual hint to point out those finishes materials.
