MTV - Dentadura ("Denture")

Way back when i started my own VFX Studio, i was approached by Agustin Alberdi, to tag along with the 3D studio that was working the VFX for 3 MTV "short story" pieces.

I was involved in all the compositing, and due to the amount of work and timing issues i ended up coordinating (as well as leading the compositing).

In this project i had to reproduce "Queens - Bohemian Rapsody" chorus segment, extend sets with Matte Paintings, composite the 3D renders and fill up decors in the mini set for the dentures (back then 3D was a bit more tasking than now).

My personal favourite shot is the opening shot, that was done in an overcast day... so i had to add water speculars and add lighting incidence to the whole set and actors. This gave a complete different aspect to the shot and worked seamlessly with the following shot (that was shot with proper sun).
