American Express OPEN has been a longtime champion of small business. So to rally people to local businesses we created Small Business Saturday, a holiday sandwiched between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Since its inception people have celebrated Small Business Saturday by shopping small all of the country, including President Obama himself.
