Was involved in a pitch for the business, pulled in as a freelancer. The agency ended up winning a piece of the MINI business because they loved the thinking. We appealed to an emerging audience of younger professionals who were starting to earn money and move up affordably to a smart choice in a time of recession. A luxurious compromise. That's where the market was going to grow at the time, and BMW was smart to recognize that.
