ANAN is a modern Vietnamese restaurant specializing in street food-inspired dishes by award-winning chef Peter Cuong Franklin, located in one of Saigon's oldest markets. ANAN bridges the old and new Saigon with a casual and conceptual identity reflecting its unique cuisine, chef, and location.

The restaurant's identity captures a contemporary visual story of the Old Market and Vietnam by overlapping old maps and developing motifs from the market's shrinking shapes. This design pays homage to the market while appealing to a modern audience through playful colors and materials like polished brass. It honors the past 100 years and looks forward to the next.
