I won the pitch to redesign CarePlace, the West London Authority’s large public-access directory of care and support services. This works across 13 London Boroughs, with over 10,000 services listed and allows residents to find and compare local services and manage their individual budgets directly. Built using industry specific CMS MarketPlace from OCC, this is a universally accessible and responsive design solution designed around a core brand identity and visual language. I was responsible for UX consultancy, user focus groups, prototyping and responsive UI design.
