Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It’s most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression. The client approached us to develop an app that aided the treatment for depression. We had a lot of meetings with the client to understand the treatment and make sure what we were producing would help users suffering with depression. I was responsible for the UX and UI design. Every element of the app was carefully considered down to the chosen font and colours used.
