Wherever
Vilnius, a very little-known city, wanted to gain awareness among the Western European population. But, instead of hiding its weakness, it decided to use it to its advantage. With the slogan: "Vilnius: Amazing wherever you think it is", it found a connection with its target in the fact that they have no idea where it is located.
